Security Warning: Never share your password, PIN, or security codes with anyone. UMB will never ask for this information via email, phone, or text message.

4. Online and Mobile Banking Services

Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 access to online and mobile banking services. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System upgrades
  • Technical difficulties
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Transaction Limits

We may impose limits on:

  • Daily transaction amounts
  • Number of transactions per day
  • Transfer amounts between accounts
  • Mobile deposit amounts

5. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, including:

  • Monthly maintenance fees (if applicable)
  • Overdraft and insufficient funds fees
  • Wire transfer fees
  • ATM fees (out-of-network)
  • Stop payment fees
  • Paper statement fees

Current fee schedules are available on our website and in branch locations. We reserve the right to change fees with proper notice as required by law.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are subject to verification and may be held according to our Funds Availability Policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any deposit
  • Place holds on deposited funds
